I have a GeForce GTX 460, and for a while now it has been completing tasks just fine.

But today, every single task that I try to do says:
exit code -40 (0xffffffd8)
and also says...
SWAN: Using synchronization method 0
SWAN: FATAL : Unable to create context

Why am I getting this error? What can I do to fix it?
