I noticed that, despite the fact that I've had several tasks instantly fail lately... there was one task that appeared to instantly process and I got full credit for it. The results log doesn't even show that a GPU was involved! Could somebody with a bit more knowledge, please take a look at this task, and explain what happened? Also, if something is not working correctly, could a developer look into fixing it so that the result success is better safeguarded? Thanks, nice find. Luckily (at least for us :-) this seems a once-only. Probably the BOINC client did not delete intermediate checkpoint files. T |
