Hello It seems that the latest tasks I've been comepleting are increasing from what usually took 20-25K seconds to 50K+ seconds. Now I know some of the WUs are the particularly big ones, but my RAC has dropped a good 8K or so. I'm worried that it could have been the 260.99 drivers I just installed for my 460, but otherwise I'm not too sure whats going on :( Thanks for any help |

Your GPU is probably reducing its frequencies (Power management underclocking). This is a common feature of the 260.99 driver. Right click on your desktop, click Nvidia Control Panel. Make sure your cards Power management is set to Prefer Maximum Performance (NVidia control panel, Manage 3D settings, Power management mode). You might also want to read this FAQ: Best configurations for GPUGRID thread and implement some of the suggestions, if you have not already done so. |
