I renamed the "user-friendly" app names to be more consistent and possibly friendlier. This should also make it clear that "acemd" is old and is not getting any more WUs.

acemd -> ACEMD: full-atom molecular dynamics (old)
acemd2 -> ACEMD2: GPU molecular dynamics (acemd2)
