I got these errors in 5 successive runs and then the error stops.

exit code -40 (0xffffffd8)
Run time and CPU time are zero

Well your computers are hidden so no help there.

This type of fault is mostly caused by Overclocking.

That maybe not the case as I have a problem card and it's running at stock giving the same error time to RMA I think.
