Just got the following error on two different WUs of the *long* version of these WU types. This machine is normally very stable. It did not crash entirely but the driver reset into low 2d mode which cripples it's ability to crunch. Both were the old application: Full-atom molecular dynamics v6.71 (cuda23) Cuda error: Kernel [langevin_thermostat] failed in file 'thermostat.cu' in line 37 : the launch timed out and was terminated. This one http://www.gpugrid.net/result.php?resultid=2039352 (p45-IBUCH_0_PQpYEEIPI_long_100319-1-4-RND2159_2) just finished without problems, after 15 hrs running time - that's long. GTX260, the stock-OC'ed one by palit. Normally a WU finishes between 6 to 8 hours. Shows up as valid. |
