Hi,
I've started to get units erroring.

Its running 6.10.18 + 195.62. It is correctly detecting 4GPU's and trying to run 4 jobs at once but then some error out.

Under XP the identical setup would detect 3GPU's and happily run 3 jobs 24/7 (only diff is to see 4GPU's I had to turn SLI on, whereas before it was off).

Any ideas? Nothing is overclocked. Case is well ventilated.

Basically, I have been looking into building a dual GTX295 system specifically for this type of work, so am more than just abit curious.

I found with my dual 295 cruncher I needed to enable sli for BOINC to detect all 4 GPUs

Yep same here. Used to need sli off, but now it has to be on. It consistently sees 4 gpu's now.
