Very nice! The lack of work here lately has also allowed me to reach nearly 30 million at Einstein@Home.

I did however recently break the 1 Billion threshold for all BOINC projects, nearly 3/4 of which has been earned here at GPUGrid.

I've 1511788309 credits here

Hi all - I just started at the beginning of the month and have a total of 261,800 credits and was wondering what the different point levels are - When will I receive my first badge?

I passed over 8 billion credits today.
The last billion took 5 months and 19 days (That's 172 days).
So, by the virtue of the authority vested in me hereby I award myself with the Tyrosine and the Arginine badges :)

As a personal milestone here too, I passed 2.5B a few short days ago and missed it with health concerns. And in a few more days my main PC crunching will pass 1.5B in case I miss that one! No new proteins for me in the near future until 3B, but I am still and always will be bummed that I will never have another yellow sulfur atom in my proteins from 1.5B on anyway. They look so pretty and rare in there. :-)

Anyway, keep crunching everyone! And let's use those PCs and lappys for heaters this winter! Now that we do have more storage at the home servers, we can take more work and store it long enough to assimilate it into the end goals! And with the 10 series cards and the possible ATI cards emulating CUDA now, even if they emulate the 9 and below series CUDA cards running the old GPUGRID app, we will add more computing power to our potential as well as the ability to handle more work at the home servers! So full speed ahead and as the tenth Doctor would say... "Allons Y!"

Congratulations!

Well, I have not come that far yet but would really like to take up the chase and add two or three more GTX1070/1080 to my systems... if only the costs for electricity were lower.

Having said this, I am about to install some photovoltaics on my roof (early 2017) in order not to get devastated by my power bill in future. Hope it will prove to be successful.

Until then I will approvingly watch your achievements, dear fellows!

I've almost forget about this because the recent problems with the long workuntis:
I've passed over 9 billion credits overnight.
This last billion took 115 days (5 days less than 3 months).
Patience is probably the most important of my virtues that helped me in this achievement. That regards to my girlfriend too.

That's why, after in January having received my final electricity bill for last year, I've changed my electricity provider right away (which was fairly simple, indeed).
Being at 955 million milestones now, I hope to reach the first billion not far from now :-)
