Today over 5M points, 50K points per day for the first time (and rising), and into the top 250 all time list - all good.

Congrats SK ... those are some nice points and certainly a wonderful accomplishment.

I just crossed 7M total and reached #16 RAC.

I doubt I will get higher in RAC. In fact, with the return of DAK (XtremeSystems) everyone, except maybe Soneageman, will get pushed down a position once he gets rolling!
Thanks - Steve

Hi Steve, Well done on the 7Million, and your high RAC
- top 20 is on the first page!

At that rate you will reach 10M in about 40 days.

I see DAK is already over 66K per day. He will be back up into 2nd spot in a couple of days.
I hope the new application attracts a few more back. I am now concentrating more on GPU work than CPU, so a few fairly limited CPU systems are gone. However, I added a few extra GT240 cards recently, as they are very efficient and reliable. So my power usage is down while the overall Boinc work has risen. I also like this macro-molecular project the most. It really is like comparing 2D to 3D. This is the future of science, as long as the sponsers realise it.

Just went past 10M Boinc points in all projects put together. Fortunately the graphic updates itself ;P so each day will bring a new milestone, without the bother of typing!

2M not too bad. Average of 43K daily 1PC offline suspect the 250W PSU couldn't take running the PC with a 8800GT 24/7, plan to get that fixed & add one more PC within the next 3 months.

Just reached 7M, and got over 80K RAC for the first time. This is of course largely to do with the recent application improvements (well, improvements for me anyway).

liveonc, your RAC has jumped up quite a bit this month, despite your problems, and I see your tickling 3M now; a good month ;)

That was only my small crunchbox that failed. I'm canibalizing the end of this month & moving it into an HTPC with a Geforce 9400 mobo. I hope that BOINC/GPUGRID.net supports multi/mixed GPU's, because I hope to use the 8800GT & onboard 9400 on this. Going to run Windows7 Home Premium 64 for the 30 days trial, until I can buy a license, because I tried running a mix of GTX260 & 8800GT on Mint Linux 64, & it couldn't detect the 8800GT.

If I can get 12mil in a year & run for 3 years, it'll be interesting if the hardware will last, but I expect that it doesn't even make sense to run GPUGRID on any hardware for more then 2 years before upgrading. Already many have complained the the G92 isn't scoring that well. Might just considder aggressively OC'ing en par with the 2 year useful lifetime of hardware.

Congratulations. I'm just a bit ahead of you at the moment (8.7M), but I don't think I will be for long at the rate your going. My GPU's have a couple of projects to run.

Cheers

Thanks Mark.
If you left the search for ET to the ATI folks you would stay ahead that bit longer ;)

To me sETi is down there with counting Pi or trying to find another prime number - just slightly better than trying to create a quantum singularity. Although I am not sure I would want to pay the electric bill to do so, I would run Aqua and even the Milkyway before I ran sETi, Collatz or PrimeGrid. Not sure Aqua still use GPUs. I run the Lattice project, but it is extremely rare that I get a task.

At our present rates I will get to 9M about 2days after you. I'm actually aiming to reach 10M by 23rd Apr.

Yes you are probably right there, although I try to use the machines with the lesser GPU's (GTS250) to run Seti and Einstein I only run their CPU app.

Well each to their own. After all it is the "mother" of all the BOINC projects. Or should that be the guinea pig :-)

I'd better get my cards cooking then. My problem is I can't run them during the day due to heat, so they only tend to run overnight. Should give you plenty of opportunity to get ahead.
