Well I see two things that are probably the same issue:

1. Your card doesn't have much memory
2. Its probably too slow at 11 Gflops.

For both cases you'd need to check the list of supported cards, and i'd bet its not on the list. You can find the list here

The message is misleading I think ... the driver is a late enough version but the compute capability of the card is only 1.1
