Hi H.
So I will try to use 2x ST1500 Silverstone PSs each 4 GTX295 cards setup.
They have 4 separate 25A outs each for the graphic cards.

A problem I found with the Coolmax 1350B instead,is only the two 20A outs are clearly shown on the manual, the two useful 25A are messed up with the CPU-Peripherals-MB outs! Can you imagine it? The 8 outs draw 40A only together!!
They are not even enough to feed 1 FX5800 + 3 Tesla as suggested on the NVIDIA site.Using the mixed 2 25A outs to feed the 3rd and 4th cards could make too mess with the CPU-MB needs?
I guess I would need two of those 1350B PSs to feed these 4 Quadro-Tesla cards too?
I will even need to rise my home power up to 10kW!

max the too novice!! :)

Hi max, if you are going to buy additional powersupplies anyway I would recommend you change to the Decathlon series of Silverstone. I now use a DA1000 in the new development machine. They also have a DA1200, the DA1200 offers 90 A on one rail with plenty of connections. This way you do not need to keep track of which plug uses what. One DA1200 and one DA1000 will fully power your system if you use the DA1200 to power the motherboard. If you use two powersupplies in one machine, please use a motherboard slave connector or a slave box to switch on the second PS (I built mine myself). If you already have the ST1500, please read the manual and plan your connections carefully. Good luck.

On the driver topic: you can now use the 190.38 driver, they work with 4 gtx295.
