I just noticed my time zone is off. The time displayed within boinc_client window is correct, but in reporting to BOINCview I\'m off by 2 hours. I think I will wait for this first work unit to complete to correct it, just in case adjusting the time zone for any reason decides to cause problems.
I corrected above already.

I\'ve been running for 3 hours, well my PS3 has been running, I\'m sitting outside under the sun, came in for another ice cold beverage.

The progress indicator has not advanced, still on 0% done.

I got up this morning, finally, and decided to check work progress.
Just about 19 hours done.

Then I checked email.

Ut-Oh, I\'m told to reset project because of a problem in work unit.

Well I wandered off for a few minutes, this requires a cup of coffee and when I came back I found...

at 19:08:23 run time the work finished. (What good timing)

But...

So I reset.

Oh well, thats testing. Need more coffee.

Next problem.

After resetting project, All files were downloaded again and another task was downloaded and started.

This was over an hour ago.

Progress shows 00:13:06

I checked via system monitor and frsmd_f_ga_5.15 shows a status of \'zombie\' and 0 byes resident memory and CPU time of 17:00:57

I exited boinc_client and restarted, Work resumed, although CPU time restarted at 0

Will have to wait and see what happens.

Hello all,

Progression factor effectively stay at 0, but it doesn\'t matter for the moment. Most important thing is when I stop boinc to go on Sony OS and come back to Linux for BOINC, work unit time restart from 0. I expect the work unit effectvely not restart from the beginning.

I did see the progress bar. I did not check to see weather it was close to the correct progress, I check the next one when I get home from work today.

The run time was 18.96 hours. That I think is a good time. It gives me a 5 hour gap I can use my PS3 or have a cool down period, so I can get 1 task done per day. Pretty much it can run while I sleep and am at work.

My last post pertains to version 5.16.
