I seem to have 3 Wu's running at once. 1 on GPU and the other 2 on CPU only. I run kubuntu 9.04, haveboinc 6.4.5 and a 9600 Gt running on 180.44. It's only just happened. Has anybody else had this problem. Thanks

Are the other 2 not progressing or why do you suspect they're running on the cpu? Under windows the WUs can not run under "device emulation".

Thanks for the reply and under linux I can see that it is running and they are progressing but at a very slow rate

So that would occupy 3 of your machines cores? Should be interesting what happens when you finish the first one.
Edit: in your results I can see many "No heartbeat from core client for 30 sec - exiting" messages, which means problems in the BOINC manager - client communication. It could be that BOINC looses communication with one GPU-Grid client, thinks it ended and therefore starts a new one.
