Anytime you restart BOINC it will kill all GPU tasks ...

They put the GPU detect code and the CC Config code in the wrong order so ...

Every time you restart BOINC it will kill GPU tasks currently held or started... after it is running it should, in theory be ok... until you restart BOINC for any reason ...
