Ok so 2D clocks would indeed cause the slowdown... I've also had an issue with S@H tasks taking longer than they should (~20 min each versus about 7.5min) and eventually one errors out and locks up the computer. I don't know, I'm using 6.6.20 with no problems, But then like another poster I run XP x64, I tried 6.6.28 and the WU's that I have were put into permanent waiting mode and My video driver is 185.85(NV and WHQL approved) and so I went back to 6.6.20, 6.6.31 to 6.6.36 seem to be having problems, Some of It gpu related. Depending on your crunching speed and configuration (possibly ressource share) it may take a while for the error to appear.
