	I am trying to run the Nvidia client on a single core Athlon PC with an 9400gt card on Windows. It is slow, but will get there eventually! I was hoping to be able to run this process at the same time as a CPU process using the BOINC client, but I see that whilst the GPU is running my CPU is also running at 50% for the GPUgrid meaning that the CPU (Rosetta) is running half as fast. Are there plans to change this so all the GPU work is offloaded from the CPU? Without this happening it doesn't seem to be worth me continuing with the GPUgrid (although I will stick with the CPU folding). Cheers.

	Hi quite some time and testing went into the current client and the unfortunate result is that without so much cpu usage the GPU can't unfold its full potential / performance. Since the GPUs are generally faster than a cpu core we'd rather sacrifice some CPU time to keep the GPU busy. Under Linux GPU-GRid requires only 2-3% of a core. BTW, your card is quite slow and will have problems meeting the deadline of the WUs.. so keep an eye on that, if you don't want to waste GPU time.
