Hey all,
I am starting some new simulations whose names begin with ubi. They are relatively few so you might not notice them much around.
Essentially, after some success in folding the NTL9 protein (see previous WU posts) with a new method I was testing, I wanted to scale it up to a bigger, slower-folding (and more famous) protein and see how my method works on it. So here we go with Ubiquitin.
If this one is also kind enough to fold fast for me, we might be onto something quite useful :)

Hello Stefan,
I love to run these for you, but they give an error, on Win7 and 8 at least.
Have a look:
http://www.gpugrid.net/workunit.php?wuid=10259554.
I guess you have to make a small adjustment.

My first one crashed, too (Workunit 10259562). Stderr output includes "ERROR: file pme.cpp line 91: PME NX too small".

Thank you very much for the timely info!
I'm gonna cancel them and see what's wrong. They seemed to run fine localy. |

Okay, during the submission I accidentally misplaced the cell dimensions file. I resent them now as ubievss2_{1,2,3} so tell me if you see anything weird.
Thanks! |

I downloaded one of these new units, ("ubievss2"). It is running well, so far. It will be a few hours before it finishes.
