Are those Titans doing other BOINC project as well at the same time?
Have you a CPU core free? The GPUGRID WU's use a half to almost a whole CPU as well.
Currently you don't have finished WU's so we can not see how long they took to complete.

ok, ill set it to gpugrid only, as i do many other projects.

Now scroll up to the top of this page and find the link that consists of your name underlined. Click that link to get to your account page where you will click the Tasks View link in the Computing and credit section. Then you will see a list of the tasks (not grids) your computer completed successfully recently. At the moment I see 4 completed: 2 successful and 2 unsuccessful.
Click and of the task numbers in the Task column to see the "error report" for that task. The error report is the report your computer sends to the project server regarding the task. It may contain errors or it may not (no errors is good, of course). It may also contain other info that helps determine how things proceeded with that task. The 2 unsuccessful tasks reported finishing with Exit status: 80 (0x50) Unknown error number which I suspect denotes an OS crash?
In all 4 reports you'll see repeatedly...
# BOINC suspending at user request (thread suspend)
# BOINC resuming at user request (thread suspend)
...which is interesting
Having prepped the bodies (sorry if you already know how to do all that), I'll now to turn you over to Richard and Jacob or one of the more skilled mortician/pathologists for a more in depth analysis.

You've really got a ton of those. I suppoe you either have set BOINC to stop GPU work when the computer is in use or some other throtteling mechanism. When ever GPU work is stopped it has to continue from the last check point (can't leave it in memory like for CPUs), so everytime this happens you have to repeat some calculations on the GPU. This is probably why your runtimes are so bad.

Definitely looks like this stems from a Boinc Configuration/Project Configuration or personal setting issue.
As MrS suggested, start by looking at your Boinc Preferences. Try the FAQ - Best configurations for GPUGRID
Use at most 100% of the CPU is recommended (If you have it set to less, that could well be the issue in this case). I think there was an issue with that setting for some Boinc versions including 7.0.64, which has subsequently been remedied. So try the latest BOINC version.
With 2 Titan GPU's I suggest you limit your CPU core use to less than 100% in Boinc (Try, 'on multiprocessor systems use at most' 83% or 75%).
Other possibilities,
As well as the 'suspend if system in use setting', you should make sure your anti-virus application isn't actively scanning the Boinc folders, defrag isn't running, and Windows Search isn't going mad.
There is also the 'Processor usage preference, While Processor Usage is Less than x %. If this is set too low, say 3%, when other apps start Boinc stops.
As a general note (not aimed at you as you seem to be GPU only there) MilkyWay@home use mt apps. When these start GPU WU's may stop as the mt app will use all the CPU threads its allocated.
On the GPU side of MW@H. When using the Titan you should have double precision on. For here is should be off.

Try to reinstall the latest WHQL NVidia drivers.
Suggest you do an advanced/clean install, and only select the top and bottom options (none of the auto-update, 3d and sound driver nonsense that you probably don't need).
