	Hi guys! I've just sent 500 WU to acemdbeta with 5250 credits each for the first phase of the simulations. This equilibration step can only be done in the beta queue, so this is not a test, but already the real simulation. Once all this WU are finished I will be able to prolong all them in the long queue, giving a total batch of 3500 WU with around 50000 credits each, likely in the next two days. The new system have already been in gpugrid: it is the domain SH2 but focusing on the interaction with fragment(s) and not with polypeptides as before. 	Is there anything to do to get these? I just let the system gather whatever it gathers. All the beta ones seem to have been taken. If you want to get tasks from one queue only you'd log into the website and select the GPUgrid prefs and only tick the apps you want. If you want beta ones you also need to tick the one for "run test applications". Of course if you don't want them you'd need to untick them. After saving the settings you then need to get your BOINC client to update (projects tab, select GPUgrid and hit the update button). ____________ BOINC blog
