I\'ll try to keep this short.

I made a BOINC wide team using my account. (http://boinc.berkeley.edu/teams/)

It must have created an account here at PS3GRID.

I tried to log in and it says I already have an account, but the password is wrong.

I tried to use the password recovery on the site and I am not receiving the emails.

I have no idea what to do now. I can send an email from my account to whomever to prove it is my account if needed. Where can I get help for this?

My account is *edit-maybe I shouldn\'t leave the email address here-*

The problem with the server not sending emails has already been reported in thread http://www.ps3grid.net/PS3GRID/forum_thread.php?id=43.

As soon as it gets fixed you will be able to request a password change on the correct account. Email should be sent to the email address used to create the account via BOINC wide teams. If that address is not good, you need to update it at BOINC wide teams, wait about 24 hours for it to update here and the request password change again (After email sending gets fixed).

There is on the front page an email address you could have contacted instead of creating a second account just to post a message.

I am sorry about that, I really couldn\'t find anything. I looked for an email for around half an hour, so I apologize.

A lot of projects have something posted on the front page. I have asked for some improved visibility here.

for everybody: If all other measures fail, any PS3GRID participants can contact me directly as a guset poster, without an account, on my teams message board, just follow the link in my profile. I will gladly look into any problems or pass them on via a PM to GDF here, which apparently he is MIA at the moment.

I emailed the address on the front page and got this response.

\"Hi, you should use the forums in ps3grid.net.
Best.\"

Which is completely fine, I don\'t really want to be a bother but I still can\'t get into my account. It has been at least a week since I had this problem, and I would really like to start crunching for this project instead of yoyo.

Can I do this another way?

I\'ll try to get you a better answer, the problem being that the person whom handles this has been out of his country, I\'m not sure if he has returned yet.

Someone should begin to look into this problem of no email notices tomorrow.

I can not say how long before it or any of the problems are fixed.
