It is good to see the access outage of yesterday has been resolved.

Access to the site still seems a bit sluggish -- which might be a case of backlog being worked through with large uploads and downloads.

At a guess, in the absence of other information -- perhaps this wasn't a project issue (though it affected access to the project for 12 hours or so), but rather a provider issue.
